Reinstating the character of this previously modified family home became a key objective as we developed our scheme design.

A dramatic increase in floor area was countered by careful consideration of scale, to create a spacious family home with real kerb appeal, with quality clay roof tiles and associated detailing playing a large part in the success of the project.
