What started as a speculative scheme to develop a prominent village centre site quickly gathered support and developed into a viable project with the full backing of the local community.

Located in a conservation area with high risk of flooding, sitting close to several listed buildings, and with restricted access from a busy road, the site presented challenges on several fronts. Drawing on our network of specialist consultants we were able to resolve all issues, securing planning and building regulations approvals in good time to enable a swift start on site.
