Barn House

A derelict barn within walking distance of a train station is a rare find indeed, something that our client never lost site of during the course of the project.

Restricted access, the need for a partial basement construction to accommodate bedrooms, ecological challenges and the need for a fire escape from internal courtyard made for an interesting journey to completion. The end result was transformational.
