A beautiful site on the edge of the countryside with great access to the city and transport links.

With the site being set in the green belt, and resistance to a replacement dwelling being fierce, a scheme to re-use the existing buildings on the site was developed. By securing consent for permitted development floor areas to begin with, we were able to trade-off the agreed enlargements to create the largest possible floor area at full planning stage. This project was awarded Build Magazine’s Best Large Residential Build Project 2017.
