Rotherwood

A new build garden villa designed to integrate with an existing mature garden on the edge of a popular suburb.

The design is single storey, with double height spaces and an internal courtyard providing a focal point to the multi-generational family home. Proposed materials include natural stone from the Black Mountain quarries, zinc standing seam roof details and through-coloured render. External doors and windows are a triple glazed aluminium / timber hybrid system.
