An alterations and extensions scheme that seeks to breathe new life into an existing 1960s house.

A complete renovation including multiple extensions, a new roof and a new brick outer skin to a dilapidated property in a popular suburb. Achieving two storeys on a site surrounded by bungalows required some creative thinking in terms of form and scale, to the rear the creation of a step-down to the main family room and kitchen provided opportunity to create a dramatic vaulted ceiling and mezzanine reading deck.
